of our organizational development strategy is to strengthen the

We approach OD strategically, beginning with a systematic analysis of
programs, processes, policies, roles and responsibilities. The initial
needs assessment results in a targeted and cost effective program to
improve organizational effectiveness.
The three primary elements of your organization–the individuals, the
teams, and the organization–are considered as a whole as work is
planned. We also keep in mind your organizational climate and culture,
as well as expense and return on your investment. Our clients expect OD
work to be implemented in a way that enhances daily productivity and

The foundation of
our success in team development has been to move the individuals of a
team from reactive to proactive. The main goals of team development are
1) establish trust among the individuals, 2) realign individual, group,
and organizational goals so that all team members strive daily to reach
the common goals of the team, and 3) improve productivity by working
with the team to ensure that meetings and activities are thoughtful,
action-based, and focused on bottom-line results.

The primary
assessment tool we utilize for organizational development, coaching,
team development, executive selection, and succession planning is the
Hogan
Assessment System, for which we are a certified consultant.
Depending on individual client needs and budget, we may also utilize one
or more of the following: Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Disc@, Leadership
Architect Competency Sort Cards, VIA Strengths Survey, and the Campbell
Interest Inventory.
